  Who is Steve?

A man of depth and perception, Steve Nash modeled qualities that are so rare in today’s world. He showed us what it was like to be merciful and to care about others, even though they might not care in return.  With a heart full of joy and laughter he showed grace in the face of adversity and never lost his faith.

Steve was finally able to grasp sobriety in October 2004, however it was too late. Steve's time was running out. Due to complications from Hepatitis C and the many years of using drugs and alcohol on top of that, Steve died March 1st of 2006. He left in his place a legacy of friendship and love that we hope to carry on while spreading his message.

We have built Steve’s House in memory of Steve Nash and to serve as a reminder of this deadly disease called addiction.  If we can help one person on their journey in sobriety, we honor Steve knowing that his spirit lives on in the lives of others.

Steve Nash was more than my best friend, he was a brother to me!
